The Workplace

Our students range from preschool to grade 6, and in each grade, there are teachers, leisure teachers, and teaching assistants as needed. These professions together form the Little Team for the grade, where most of the operations take place. In our school, every profession is equally important, and together we make the students' knowledge journey the best possible. In recent years, we have developed our knowledge in assessment and SKUA and learned a lot about multilingualism. We have also focused extra on values education and have used the material "Bråka smartare" with our students.

Job Responsibilities

As a textile teacher at Vasaskolan, your primary task is to plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in grades 3-5 in the subject of textile crafts in accordance with the school's governing documents. You actively participate in developing successful learning environments and in the professional development offered together with others at the school.

Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified teacher with a focus on textile crafts. You are meticulous, flexible, and attentive to the needs of the students and enjoy developing together with them.

You need to be flexible, curious, and enjoy being challenged, and in your role, you will meet our students in various constellations. You must be open to collaborating closely with other adults, which means you should be able to give and receive constructive criticism.
